1. No billing currently
This is a draft awaiting legal review. Purchases, paid contracts and automatic renewals are not implemented. Local use is not treated as entry into a free-plan contract. The following are proposals for future paid supply, not confirmed prices or refund deadlines.
2. Proposed handling of technical failures
Investigate non-delivery, corruption or results that fail agreed specifications using minimal necessary information such as request ID, target version and circumstances. Do not routinely require original images. Distinguish retries, fixes and restored generation allowances from price reductions, termination and refunds under applicable law and contract terms. Do not dismiss serious nonconformity merely because AI is involved. Allowance accounting for failures and submission/handling deadlines remain undecided.
3. Proposed handling of preference changes
Where delivery is successful and meets specifications disclosed beforehand, changes solely to preferences such as hairstyle, colour or expression would be distinguished from technical failures. Extra allowance use, revision limits and voluntary refunds remain undecided and should be shown before a request. Classifying a request as preference-based must not remove statutory withdrawal or conformity remedies.
4. Proposed renewal, cancellation and failed payments
Contract periods, renewal dates, notices, cancellation method and effect, proration, unused allowances and refund destination, method and timing are undecided. Before recurring renewal is introduced, provide explicit enrolment and an easy way to stop it. Define failed-payment notice, grace and restrictions, with a proposal not to delete work suddenly. Separate continued use of acquired work from software and future online access, and set an export period.
5. Consumer rights by territory
Applicable statutory withdrawal, conformity and refund rights take precedence. Starting digital delivery does not automatically remove withdrawal rights everywhere. Where an exception is used in the EU or elsewhere, legal review must address advance information, express consent and confirmation records for the territory and product classification. Do not claim all Japanese distance sales have a uniform cooling-off right, or impose a worldwide no-refunds-ever clause.
6. Required before release
Decide an actual contact, application steps, proportionate identity/purchase checks, voluntary refund conditions, technical-failure criteria, deadlines and dispute procedures. Align final checkout information with the terms. This document is not ready to support paid sales.
