One character-production ticket costs ¥3,980 including tax as a one-time payment, including one front image and up to five direction-image revisions in total. There is no monthly fee for using completed characters with the camera and OBS. Start production within 180 days of purchasing a new ticket. Production already started will not be terminated solely because that period ends. No expiry is retroactively added to previously granted tickets. A ticket is assigned to one production and cannot be reused for another character.

To the extent you hold the necessary rights, individuals and companies may use their own characters in monetized streams, videos and merchandise. Credit to this service is optional. Obtain the rights needed to copy, upload, modify, process in the cloud, publish and commercially use submitted images, text and likenesses. Existing source-material rights remain with their holders. These terms do not override third-party material, AI-provider or open-source licence conditions.

Individuals and companies may monetize streams and videos using the included Aster and male samples. Credit is optional. Sample merchandise and sale or redistribution of the sample assets or model data are prohibited. Do not impersonate the official service or operator. No trademark licence is granted.

Tickets are granted within 24 hours after payment is confirmed, usually within minutes. If missing, we investigate and grant the ticket or provide a full refund. Production proceeds after each required start or approval; time waiting for your answers or review is excluded. Contact us if a stage does not progress for 24 hours. If we cannot restore or deliver within seven days of your report, you may request a full refund. No universal completion time is promised. Unused tickets may be refunded on request within seven days of purchase. Preference cancellations after production starts are excluded. Duplicate charges are refunded after verification. We normally provide an initial reply within three business days, excluding weekends and Japanese holidays, Japan time. We initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within seven days without deducting payment fees; the payment provider determines when it appears on your statement.

For a planned service closure we normally give 60 days' notice and refund valid unused tickets and undelivered services. We provide a period to retrieve and back up completed works; their usage licence survives closure. For unexpected outages we notify, provide data and arrange refunds as promptly as practicable. Material changes are announced with their effective date. Reports of infringement or abuse are reviewed with the facts and explanations before necessary and proportionate action. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for the operator's intentional misconduct or gross negligence, is not excluded.
