These unapproved drafts describe an earlier app version. Legal and translation reviews are required.
For current camera and OBS features, see this site's guide. Statements such as camera not connected in the old drafts differ from current functionality and need revision before publication.
Translated drafts based on the Japanese original. Legal equivalence and native-speaker review are not confirmed.
Decisions before release
These items need the operator's decisions and verification. We have not filled them with invented details. Once decided, they will be reflected across the relevant pages and all six document languages.
Sales and usage terms
Prices, taxes, currencies, generation allowances, renewals, cancellation, refund conditions and periods, and technical failures. Domain and payment connections come later.
Operator disclosures
Legal operator name, address, responsible person, required telephone or other disclosures, support owner and hours. A configured official email does not complete these disclosures.
Character rights
Monetized streams, videos, merchandise, corporate use, use of Aster and other samples, redistribution and resale conditions.
Data and external services
AI providers, data to be sent, retention, deletion and export periods, inquiry storage, age requirements and supported regions.
Released application
Supported Windows versions, CPU, memory and storage, signed distribution, final UI and screenshots, and real-face tracking alongside OBS.
Accounts and support
Auth email configuration and delivery checks, enabling inquiries, support scope, approved document versions and prevailing language.
Legal review pending: country-specific analysis exceptions and enforceability; dependency code/model/weight license inventory; asset-processing permissions; infringement reports, objections and suspension criteria; operator liability and consumer remedies; cloud providers, locations, retention/deletion, training use and international transfers; approved versions and prevailing language.

1. Confirmed scope
no public launch in this phase. This is for local storage and review; AI, authentication, payments, billing and automatic updates are disconnected. A free sample character Aster is intended for the full release. The items below are proposals or unresolved decisions and must not be shown as final terms.
2. Operator and territories — required before release
Decide operator, responsible person, address, phone, email, support, sales countries, age and parental consent, business customers, governing law, dispute contact/jurisdiction and translation precedence. Obtain local legal review of consumer, privacy and AI obligations. Supporting six languages does not authorise sales in six jurisdictions.
3. Commercial use and rights — decision needed
Set separate permissions for monetised streams, videos, merchandise, businesses, commissioned work, delivery and asset sales/redistribution. Distinguish software, user work, AI output, third-party material and samples. Attribution, modification, prohibited uses, reports/appeals and sample trademark/merchandise rights are unresolved. Verify AI output terms and the rights chain for existing material.
4. Prices and contracts — later phase, no connection now
Decide prices, currency, tax, plan names, allowances, renewal cycle, cancellation effect, rollover, failures, preference changes, voluntary refund deadlines, proration, failed-payment grace, restrictions and post-cancellation use/export periods. Payment-provider selection or connection is not part of this work.
5. Authentication and privacy — required before connection
Decide authentication provider, email domain, verification/reset URLs, session duration, token storage, account deletion, age checks and incident handling. Check AI providers/subprocessors, storage countries, training, retention, deletion commitments, transfer mechanisms, legal bases and user information. Do not bundle private keys or API keys in the app.
6. Data and quality — required before release
Decide asset/history retention, cleanup/deletion UI, backup deletion, storage limits, corruption recovery, export guarantees, supported systems, code signing, updates/security fixes and closure notice/export periods. Separate OBS-output test results from material transparency and interpolation quality. Do not advertise disconnected capabilities as complete.
7. Documents and consent — required before final supply
Obtain legal review of the Japanese source and native-speaker/local legal review of the five translations. Decide records for document ID, version, language, content identity, consent time, account and purpose, plus change notices and re-consent triggers. Viewing drafts or local use is not consent. Reissue documents once publication/effective dates and actual contacts are confirmed.
8. Research and limitations
Sources, access date and drafting implications are recorded in legal/RESEARCH.md in the project. Primary sources include Japan's Consumer Affairs Agency, Personal Information Protection Commission and Agency for Cultural Affairs, EU legislation and the US Copyright Office. This is not legal advice, worldwide compliance certification or verification of legal equivalence. Decisions on proposals and rechecking at release are required.
