Available payment methods appear in Stripe Checkout. Payment is taken at purchase. Displayed prices include tax. You pay for connectivity, equipment and internet access. Any currency conversion or card-provider fees follow the relevant provider's terms.

One character-production ticket costs ¥3,980 including tax as a one-time payment, including one front image and up to five direction-image revisions in total. There is no monthly fee for using completed characters with the camera and OBS. Start production within 180 days of purchasing a new ticket. Production already started will not be terminated solely because that period ends. No expiry is retroactively added to previously granted tickets. A ticket is assigned to one production and cannot be reused for another character.

Tickets are granted within 24 hours after payment is confirmed, usually within minutes. If missing, we investigate and grant the ticket or provide a full refund. Production proceeds after each required start or approval; time waiting for your answers or review is excluded. Contact us if a stage does not progress for 24 hours. If we cannot restore or deliver within seven days of your report, you may request a full refund. No universal completion time is promised. Unused tickets may be refunded on request within seven days of purchase. Preference cancellations after production starts are excluded. Duplicate charges are refunded after verification. We normally provide an initial reply within three business days, excluding weekends and Japanese holidays, Japan time. We initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within seven days without deducting payment fees; the payment provider determines when it appears on your statement.

Windows x64 is supported. See the download page for system requirements and the latest release. Camera tracking requires a compatible camera. Downloading or registering does not grant a paid production ticket.

Sales are worldwide subject to legal and payment-provider regional restrictions. Japanese is the controlling text and Japanese law governs, without limiting mandatory consumer rights applicable where you reside.
